New Project

I am starting a new project for school to try and learn more about using the computer and maybe imputing my own pictures instead of relying on others. This will mean a trip to Best Buy to get a memory card for the camera so pictures will have to wait a few days.

Kelsey baseball team is doing well, it is fun working with the girls. She is also running track she has gotten better. The first week of running the 800 she quit mid way. The next week she finished it and her time wasn't to bad, it would have been better if she had stayed in the inner lane. She will learn.

Sean is playing on a travel baseball team, all of his games are on Sunday. When he was trying out we asked when the games were and we were to told Saturdays. He .wouldn't have even tried out, they only took 10 boys and needed a commitment from everyone to be there. To top it off. We'll live and learn.

Schools going well, I am having a hard time organzing my thoughts for one of my classes. I just need to spend a little bit of time.

It has been a busy summer, we had a family reunion in Utah. I actually swam in a Lake. My niece Alexis Terry and I swam out to the bouy and back the water was a little cool, but pretty clear. Two weeks later we were in Dallas to visit family and I attended my first Mary Kay convention. It was an experience to see women succeed wow. There are a lot of cool new products coming out and of course I like them all. The only mishap is that Kelsey received a conciousion and skull fracture the kids were goofing by the pool. Enough said. Derek entered the MTC in June. He leaves for Long Beach California August 25. We spent the weekend in Atlantic City, Mikes cousin Jessie got married on the Beach in Beach Haven, NJ. Kelsey was a cute flower girl. She had a pink dress and a lot of little curls all over her head.

Mission Call

Derek recieved his mission call to the Long Beach California Spanish Speaking Mission. He is really excited he is going to enter the MTC on June 24, 2009. He is really excited this is one of the places he wanted to go.

I coached Kelseys basketball team I had some really cute pictures but when I through my phone away at the movies I lost all my pictures and contacts. So if I haven't called in awhile thats the reason.

We are getting ready for softball and baseball season.

NetsGame

During christmas break with everyone visiting we attended a NJ Nets game. It was a real nail biter at the end of the game. The game went into over time and the Nets won the game in the last 4.2 seconds of overtime. The last play of the game made the top ten highlights. It was awesome

Wedding

So its official, Rachel is married to Zachary Toomey and we are very pleased. They were married on December 20, 2008 in Boise Idaho, in the Boise Temple. We had to celebrations one in Meridian, Idaho and one at the Lafayette House in Lafayette, NJ. Hopefully soon we will have some pictures ont he blog spot. Rachel and Zach are settling into married life in Rexburg, Idaho. Rachel is going to school and working at Applebee's. Zach is working at Applebee's also he is off semester. Derek is off semester and is working for a telemarketing company taking survery's. The rest of us are just trying to settle back into the swing of things.

New Job

Well I am working at Macy's as a recruiter, I am having a lot of fun. I have met a lot of fun people. I spend a lot of time on my feet so I wear really comfortable shoes. Mike is Atlantic City for the School Board convention. We are also working a lot on wedding plans. Kelsey is playing soccer and Sean is playing football.
